Oden delivers big numbers in loss

ATLANTA (AP) - Greg Oden couldn't beat Florida all by himself. Ohio State's big guy finally got to play a full game in the NCAA championship Monday night and, in the end, it didn't matter. Florida easily beat the Buckeyes 84-75 despite the freshman star's best game of the tournament.
 
Donovan's future takes center stage

ATLANTA (AP) - Billy Donovan roamed the sideline Monday night, yelling, calling plays, directing players and eventually winning a second consecutive national championship. His jacket had long been removed, exposing a white, sweat-soaked shirt and striped blue tie. Blue? But, was it Florida blue or Kentucky blue?
 
Florida repeats as national champions

ATLANTA (AP) - A long, tough season ended with a Gator chomp again. Mission accomplished for Florida. The Gators were too much to handle once again Monday night, keeping their stranglehold on the college basketball world with an 84-75 victory over Ohio State for their second straight national championship.
