SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - This spring, Walt Harris grabbed the football and ran straight into a couple of tackling bags to show his Stanford players exactly the way he wanted things done. The new coach of the Cardinal is hands-on and no-nonsense, and he made it clear before his team even took the field for its first workout that no starter from last season has a guaranteed spot this fall.
