Pampling jumps atop Memorial leaderboard

DUBLIN, Ohio (AP) - Rod Pampling had reason to look concerned as his tee shot sailed toward trouble on the right side of the 18th fairway. Given how the rest of his third round had gone Saturday at the Memorial, Pampling had no worries.
 
Ochoa holds Ginn lead despite mistakes

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (AP) - Leave it to Lorena Ochoa to find the sunny side of a tropical depression. Ochoa shot a 2-under 70 to maintain her three-shot lead at the Ginn Tribute on Saturday, though three bogeys over the final six holes in drenching rains cost her a much larger advantage heading into the final round.
 
Jay Haas leads at Boeing Championship

DESTIN, Fla. (AP) - Jay Haas, winless in Florida in PGA Tour-sanctioned competition, shot a 6-under 65 on Saturday to take a one-stroke lead over Tom Purtzer after the second round of the Boeing Championship.
