Olympic swimmer has strong comeback

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) - Olympic gold medalist Lenny Krayzelburg's comeback is off to a good start. Krayzelburg, who underwent shoulder surgery after the 2004 Games, finished fourth in Friday night's 100-meter backstroke finals with a time of 56.93 seconds at the U.S. Open Swimming Championships. Ryan Lochte won the event and set a meet record in 54.37.
 
Russell Baze rides into record books

Miller wins Birds of Prey downhill

BEAVER CREEK, Colo. (AP) - Bode Miller had company all around him Friday, and not just on the podium. Miller narrowly avoided a high-speed collision with a course worker to capture his first World Cup downhill victory in two years, ignoring the scare along with increasingly heavy snowfall to charge down the Birds of Prey course in 1 minute, 46.15 seconds.
 
Koreas march together at Asian Games
