Petrova advances at Bausch & Lomb tennis

AMELIA ISLAND, Fla. (AP) - Top-seeded Nadia Petrova overcame a sluggish second set to beat Katerina Bohmova of the Czech Republic 6-1, 6-7 (6), 6-3 in the first round of the Bausch & Lomb Championships on Tuesday.
