CARSON, Calif. (AP) - Maria Sharapova's eight-match winning streak came to a crashing halt in the JPMorgan Chase Open on Saturday, felled by her own listless play and 46 errors in a 7-5, 6-2 loss to Elena Dementieva in an all-Russian semifinal.

Federer, Gasquet advance to Rogers final

TORONTO (AP) - Top-ranked Roger Federer won the first five games of the match and went on to defeat Fernando Gonzalez 6-1, 5-7, 6-3 in the semifinals of the Rogers Cup, and will meet Richard Gasquet in Sunday's final.
