MARTINSVILLE, Va. (AP) - Martinsville Speedway is the slowest, smallest track on NASCAR's premier series, and its paperclip shape, tight corners and even tighter pit road have caused many drivers to shake their heads.

LONDON (AP) - Nine Formula One teams and five carmakers decided Thursday to boycott a meeting next week with auto racing's world governing body, boosting their bid to start their own series in 2008.
