Judge to OK access to Earnhardt exhibits

LEXINGTON, N.C. (AP) - A judge ruled Wednesday that the public can see all the previously sealed exhibits introduced as evidence in a lawsuit pitting the owner of Dale Earnhardt's racing team and the insurance company that refused to pay when he died.

Newman-Haas to replace injured Junqueira

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Newman-Haas Racing will hire a replacement driver for Bruno Junqueira, whose hard crash into the wall at the Indianapolis 500 not only knocked him out of the race but also likely ended his chances for the Champ Car series championship.
