Kentucky Speedway sues NASCAR, ISC

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky Speedway filed suit Wednesday against NASCAR and International Speedway Corp., alleging the companies have violated federal antitrust laws by illegally restricting the awarding of Nextel Cup races.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - First, NASCAR traded smokes for cell phones for sponsorship of its top series. Now, one of the circuit's biggest tracks is going partly smokeless.
