Judge to weigh Bowe boxing license case

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A Davidson County judge dismissed two charges by Riddick Bowe on Thursday, but will consider the former heavyweight champion's argument that Tennessee boxing officials acted arbitrarily and capriciously in denying him a license to fight.
