Judge orders Bowe's application considered

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee officials must reconsider former heavyweight champion Riddick Bowe's application for a boxing license, a judge ruled Tuesday, saying they acted arbitrarily without considering new medical information.
