N.C. Marines 'devastated' after crash

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Ten U.S. service members died when a pair of Marine Corps helicopters from a unit based in North Carolina crashed off the coast of Africa, U.S. military officials confirmed Sunday.
