Operator denies blame in pier collapse

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - The operator of a pier that collapsed into the Delaware River more than six years ago, killing three nightclub patrons and injuring 43, testified Monday that he was not responsible for the deaths because he had not been warned the structure was in danger.
