TOKYO (AP) - Two accountants were convicted of violating securities laws and sentenced Friday, the latest in a series of guilty verdicts in the stock-trading scandal that engulfed Livedoor, one of Japan's flashiest dot-coms.

SEATTLE (AP) - Watching users fumble and nearly drop an early version of the FlipStart compact PC practically gave Robin Budd a heart attack. The culprit was the three-key sequence, Control-Alt-Delete, required to log off or reboot a Windows PC.
