Group sues Fletcher for blocking Web site

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - An advocacy group sued Kentucky Gov. Ernie Fletcher and two of his top administrators, claiming they violated the constitutional rights of a political commentator by blocking access to his Web site on government computers.
