DALLAS (AP) - A yearlong turnaround effort at RadioShack Corp. appeared to falter Monday as the electronics retailer swung to a second-quarter profit but saw revenue decline 15 percent because of softening sales of cellular phones and other key products. Its shares sank 11 percent.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Straddling a 619-pound motorcycle, Scotty Pollacheck tucks in his knees and lowers his head as he waits for the green light. When he revs the engine, there's no roar. The bike moves so fast that within seconds all that's visible is a faint red taillight melting in the distance.

TOKYO (AP) - Scandal-plagued Sanyo said Monday it swung back to a profit in the April-June quarter, reversing losses from a year ago as improved sales in digital cameras and rechargeable batteries helped offset a decline in mobile handsets and refrigerators.
