PRIMM, Nev. (AP) - Four robotic vehicles finished a Pentagon-sponsored race across the Mojave desert Saturday and achieved a technological milestone by conquering steep drop-offs, obstacles and tunnels over a rugged 132-mile course without a single human command.

Court nixes full appeal in BlackBerry suit

NEW YORK (AP) - A federal court denied Research In Motion Ltd.'s request for the full court to rehear its appeal of a long-running patent suit in which the maker of BlackBerry e-mail devices has been found guilty of infringement.
