Govt. broke law in grizzly dispute

MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - The federal government broke the law by not addressing flaws in a study it relied on in allowing maintenance of roads in grizzly bear habitat in parts of Montana, Idaho and Washington, a judge ruled Wednesday.

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) - After almost 50 start-and-stop commands, dozens of engineering huddles and seven hours of working on the task, NASA has decided to leave a 115-foot solar wing on the international space station halfway retracted.
