ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - R.J. Reynolds has agreed to a domestic ban on flavored cigarettes such as "Twista Lime" and "Mocha Taboo" that critics say are marketed to youths, officials from 38 states and a U.S. territory said Wednesday.
