 CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) - Even someone who doesn't follow college basketball notices when one team spends 15 straight weeks at No. 1 and wins 32-of-33 games.
Dee Brown's speed, Luther Head's 3-point shots and Deron Williams' crisp passes have people from all regions climbing aboard the Illinois bandwagon.
"I think people like us," Illini coach Bruce Weber said. "I know our ratings on TV are very high. I think we're a team that's caught a lot of people's attention."
