NEW YORK (AP) - South Korean automaker Hyundai Motor Co., which enjoyed higher-than-average U.S. sales last year, hopes to increase its market share with two new cars introduced Thursday at the New York International Auto Show.
Hyundai unveiled its all-new flagship sedan, the 2006 Azera, and its redesigned 2006 Accent compact. The two vehicles are among seven all-new or redesigned vehicles Hyundai plans to launch over a two-year period, Hyundai Motor America CEO Robert Cosmai said.
Hyundai's Tucson sport utility vehicle went on sale last year.
