PARIS (AP) - French aeronautic equipment and systems supplier Zodiac SA said Tuesday it agreed to acquire C&D Aerospace Group, a closely held U.S. maker of aircraft seats, storage bins, and other interior equipment, for $600 million.
C&D, based in Huntington Beach, Calif., will become part of Zodiac's Airline Equipment segment, which makes seats and cabin equipment, Zodiac said.
Zodiac, which is based in Issy-les-Moulineaux Cedex, said it has worked together with C&D Aerospace for many years on numerous aircraft programs.
