FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) - The co-founder of German software company SAP AG, Klaus Tschira, has disposed of 5 million shares in the company, a stake worth 614.4 million euros ($787.05 million), through a foundation he controls, a spokeswoman said Tuesday.
The shares accounted for about 1.6 percent of SAP's market capitalization, Klaus Tschira Foundation spokeswoman Renate Ries said. She would not specify how many of those shares were sold or how or when the others were disposed of.
The foundation still holds 16.5 million shares in the Walldorf-based company.
