TURIN, Italy (AP) - Security at next week's Champions League match between Juventus and Liverpool will be increased after Italian extremists circulated threats against English fans on the Internet.
The so-called "Ultras" are calling for retaliation for the Heysel Stadium tragedy, when 39 people — mostly Juventus fans — died in a stampede blamed on Liverpool fans at the 1985 Champions Cup final in Brussels, Belgium.
"It's time for revenge," read a message monitored by police in Turin.
