Friday, April 08, 2005 9:43:19 PM

AUCKLAND, New Zealand (AP) - America's Cup sailor and designer Tom Schnackenberg has taken former Cup-holder Team New Zealand to court, claiming it is attempting to shut him out of the next regatta.
