FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) - DaimlerChrysler AG said Monday it is in talks to sell its stake in Debis AirFinance BV to Cerberus Capital Management.
Thomas Froehlich, a spokesman for the Stuttgart-based German-American car maker, the world's fifth largest, said talks were underway, but didn't say how much money the company could make from any deal.
Based in New York, Cerberus' holdings include stakes in Japanese bank Aozora, ICG Communications and SSA Global Technologies, among others.
