(AP) - The judge in the trial of billionaire financier Ronald Perelman's civil suit against Morgan Stanley declined to call a mistrial Monday after three jurors told her they had been approached by a man who questioned them about the case.

The man was thought to be a client of Jack Scarola, one of the lawyers representing Perelman.

Judge Elizabeth Maass rejected Morgan Stanley's application for a mistrial but ruled that the client be located and deposed as soon as possible. Perelman's team asked that the three jurors be removed from the nine-member jury.
