COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (AP) - A passenger train collided with a bus in northwestern Sri Lanka on Wednesday, killing 25 people, police said.
The accident took place at a crossing in Alawwa town, police spokesman Rienzie Perera said.
Police were dispatched to the scene, Perera said. Further details were not immediately available.
