Munich Re Says SEC Seeking Information

Wednesday, April 27, 2005 4:28:31 PM

MUNICH, Germany (AP) - Munich Re, the world's largest reinsurer, said New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission have asked it for information about reinsurance deals with bond insurer MBIA Inc.
