LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Illinois Derby winner Greeley's Galaxy went a little slower than expected Wednesday morning in his final workout before the Kentucky Derby.
The winner of three straight races went five furlongs in 1:01 3-5, according to the Churchill Downs clockers.
"I wanted to go a little faster but it was fast enough," trainer Warren Stute said. "He looks good for the race."
