 JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) - Scores of top Indonesian officials, including President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, visited ailing former dictator Suharto on Tuesday, and his family predicted he will make a full recovery following his hospitalization for intestinal bleeding.
Yudhoyono visited the 83-year-old Suharto for 15 minutes, saying he was following a tradition of helping former leaders. He refused to take questions from reporters.
"I visited the former president this afternoon because his condition is serious," Yudhoyono said.
