Wednesday, May 11, 2005 3:46:12 PM
By TOM RAUM

President Bush meets with members of Congress on his recent trip to Europe in the Cabinet Room of the White House Wednesday, May 11, 2005. At right is Senate Majority Leader Bill First, R-Tenn.
