PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A transient standing a block away from an argument died early Sunday when a stray bullet struck him in the chest, city police said.
The shooter hit the man he was fighting with in the foot, police said. A third shot hit a 23-year-old bystander in the shin.
The argument took place outside the H20 Martini Bar and Restaurant in downtown Portland.
