 MOSCOW (AP) - Well-oiled political propaganda or the West's window into the real Russia?
A group of government-connected journalists are billing their plans to launch a 24-hour English-language satellite news service as a chance for foreigners to get Russian news straight from the source.
But critics say the planned channel Russia Today is an attempt by the Kremlin to control Russia's image beyond its borders, a 21st-century propaganda tool.
