OSLO, Norway (AP) - Competition authorities on Monday accused the SAS Braathens airline of unfair competition for the second time in seven months.
The Competition Authority said the SAS AB-owned carrier could face 30 million kroner ($4.6 million) in fines for abusing market dominance against smaller rival Norwegian Air Shuttle, pressing it out of an Oslo to Aalesund route by dumping prices.
In a statement, SAS Braathens said it was likely to challenge the fine in court.
