HOUSTON (AP) - Jurors who have spent three months hearing evidence in the conspiracy and fraud trial of five former executives from Enron Corp.'s defunct broadband unit will soon begin deliberations.
But first the panel will hear from prosecutors and attorneys one last time in closing arguments scheduled to begin Tuesday.
The defendants are charged with taking part in two alleged schemes involving technology and finance to make Enron's broadband venture appear successful to Wall Street and investors when it never made a profit or surpassed testing stages.
