CHICAGO (AP) - Grain and soybean futures moved higher in early activity Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for September delivery rose 4 1/4 cents to $3.36 3/4 a bushel; September corn rose 4 1/4 cents to $2.39 3/4 a bushel; September oats rose 1 3/4 cent to $1.76 1/2 a bushel; August soybeans rose 8 3/4 cents to $7.10 a bushel.
Pork futures increased in early trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while beef futures retreated.
