DAKAR, Senegal (AP) - Images of poor, black Americans homeless and in despair in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina are resonating in Africa, evoking pointed questions about racism and surprise that disasters can wreak havoc and leave refugees even in the prosperous United States.
