GREENBELT, Md. (AP) - One of the men accused of setting fire to houses in an upscale suburban development may have set another fire while awaiting trial, prosecutors said.
Roy McCann violated terms of his release pending trial on arson and conspiracy charges, prosecutors said. They asked a judge to revoke an earlier decision that let McCann live under electronic home monitoring.
McCann may have set a pile of household trash on fire that he allegedly helped dump on private property in La Plata, Assistant U.S. Attorney Donna Sanger said in a Sept. 16 motion.
