Jaromir Jagr Now the Man With the Rangers

(AP Photo/Henny Ray Abrams)NEW YORK (AP) - Jaromir Jagr spent only 31 games as Mark Messier's teammate and has no intention of trying to fill his shoes.

In all fairness, how can he?

After all, Messier leaves the New York Rangers as the second-leading scorer in NHL history and a six-time Stanley Cup champion. But the title he won on Broadway was what cemented his legacy as "The Captain."
