It's Wednesday morning and Langbein, 24, is tapping at her laptop in her Brooklyn apartment. The Times's Dining Out section has hit the Internet and newsstands.

Bruni has passed judgment on his latest dinner. Now Langbein is passing judgment on Bruni.
