CLEVELAND (AP) - A man accused of going on a shooting rampage and killing a student at Case Western Reserve University in 2003 is scheduled to go on trial Monday.
Jury selection is expected to take at least a week in the trial of Biswanath Halder, 65, who faces multiple charges, including aggravated murder and terrorism. If convicted, he could receive the death penalty.
Halder has pleaded not guilty in the shootings at the university's business school, which left one student dead and two people wounded.
