London Share Prices Close Lower

LONDON (AP) - Share prices fell on the London Stock Exchange Tuesday.

The Financial Times-Stock Exchange 100-Share Index ended 25.60 points lower, or 0.4 percent, at 5,746.

Provisional market volume was 3.914 billion shares.
