Two Charged With Capital Murder in Va.

(AP) - A grand jury indicted two men on murder charges in the slayings of seven people whose throats were slit during robberies of their homes, authorities announced Wednesday.

Commonwealth's Attorney Michael N. Herring said authorities would seek the death penalty "if the evidence bears it out."

Indictments were returned against Ray Joseph Dandridge, 29, and Ricky Javon Gray, 28, both of Arlington County.
