 BOSTON (AP) - Boston College hopes to play a home hockey game next season at an outdoor venue far better known for baseball: Fenway Park.
The Eagles plan to play a regular-season night game under the lights at the venerable home of the Boston Red Sox, BC athletics spokesman Chris Cameron said Wednesday.
No decision has been made on BC's opponent, or when the Fenway game would be played. The Eagles, currently ranked fifth in the nation, normally play home games at Kelley Rink, which seats 7,884 for hockey.
