Saturday, February 18, 2006 7:38:47 PM

Nick Lachey, left, and his wife, Jessica Simpson, arrive at the premiere of "The Dukes of Hazzard" in Los Angeles in this Thursday, July 28, 2005 file photo. In divorce papers, Nick Lachey is seeking spousal support from Jessica Simpson, and he wants his jewelry back. In court papers filed Friday Feb. 17, 2006 in response to Simpson's Dec. 16 divorce filing, Lachey cited irreconcilable differences for the dissolution of the three-year marriage. (AP Photo/Matt Sayles, File)LOS ANGELES (AP) - Nick Lachey wants what's his, and maybe what's Jessica Simpson's.

In court papers filed Friday in response to Simpson's Dec. 16 divorce filing, Lachey said he was reserving the right to seek spousal support, even though she has asked the court not to give him any.

The singing couple, who starred in their own MTV reality show, "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica," had no prenuptial agreement.
