PLANO, Texas (AP) - Electronic Data Systems Corp. said Tuesday its chief financial officer will leave the computer-services company next month to take a similar position with online retailer eBay Inc.
Robert H. Swan will leave EDS on March 15 and be replaced by two interim co-CFOs, treasurer Ron Vargo and Tom Haubenstricker, vice president of finance administration, the company said.
At eBay, Swan will replace Rajiv Dutta, who is becoming president of the company's online phone business, Skype.
