DETROIT (AP) - General Motors Corp. is seeking a spot on Delphi Corp.'s creditors' committee, saying its interests aren't being represented by the current committee as Delphi reorganizes in bankruptcy court.
GM filed its request Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. The court has scheduled a hearing March 9 to consider the request.
GM spun off Delphi in 1999 and remains the auto supplier's largest customer. Delphi filed for bankruptcy protection in October.
