WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Cardinal Value Equity Partners has sued InfoUSA Inc. Chief Executive Vinod Gupta, claiming he breached fiduciary duties owed to shareholders of the mailing list company.
Securities and Exchange Commission filings indicate Cardinal Value owns 6.4 percent of Omaha, Neb.-based InfoUSA, a provider of credit reports and other consumer data.
Cardinal Value filed its complaint against Gupta under seal late Wednesday in Delaware's Court of Chancery.
