WASHINGTON (AP) - Insurer Torchmark Corp. on Friday said Chairman C.B. Hudson has resigned from his position.
Hudson's resignation Wednesday didn't stem from a disagreement with the company, Torchmark, based in Birmingham, Ala., said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Chief Executive Mark S. McAndrew was elected chairman.
